Ashley Jones is a freelance writer and a photographer. She freelances for the Oklahoma Eagle, Root Tulsa and NuOrigins.com. She has published in the New York Times with the Student Journalism Institute and graduated from the University of Missouri in Columbia with a BA in Journalism, emphasis Magazine Arts & Culture, and a minor in Black Studies.
